អាករបំភ្លឺសាធារណៈ

អាករសម្រាប់បំភ្លឺសាធារណៈ ត្រូវបានកំណត់តាមអត្រា ៥% លើសុរា មេរ័យ ឬថ្នាំជក់ និងត្រូវបង់តែម្តងគត់នៅពេលផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដំបូងបន្ទាប់ពីផលិត ឬនាំចូលក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ អ្នកជាប់ពន្ធដែលធ្វើការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ឬនាំចូលផលិតផលទាំងនេះត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការបង់ប្រាក់អាករនេះ ជូនរដ្ឋបាលសារពើពន្ធយ៉ាងយឺតបំផុតត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី២០ នៃខែបន្ទាប់ពីខែដែលមានការផ្គត់ផ្គង់។

Public Lighting Tax
The Public Lighting Tax is an indirect tax with the rate of 5% on alcoholic drinks or cigarettes, and it is paid only once upon initial supply after production or import into the Kingdom of Cambodia. The person who supplies or imports these products is responsible for the payment of this tax to the tax administration by the 20th of the month following the month in which the supplies are made.
